Terms & Conditions
01 Scope
These terms govern every order placed for micro-automation services through frederikdaneels.com, offered by Extra Paar Handen UG, represented by Frederik Daneels ("I", "me"). By submitting the intake form or booking a call, you accept these terms.
02 Services
I build fixed-price automations on Make.com (or n8n, if you already run it) connecting the tools you specify. The formula you select — and its current price — is the one shown on the site at the time of your order. Founding-client pricing is temporary and may revert to standard pricing for future orders without notice.
03 How an Order Works
- You submit the intake form describing what should connect and select a formula.
- You book a free build call, where we confirm scope together.
- After the call, I send a fixed-price invoice reflecting the agreed scope.
- Once the invoice is paid, I build the automation.
- Delivery is a recorded video walkthrough by default. A live handover call is available as an upgrade on the top formula only, if agreed in advance.
- One round of adjustments to the agreed scope is included. Changes beyond the original scope are quoted separately.
04 Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining active accounts and subscriptions for your own tools (e.g. Make.com, your CRM, invoicing software) and for their costs — these are not included in the price. You are responsible for providing accurate access and information needed to build the automation in a timely manner; delays on your side may delay delivery.
05 Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, via the payment method stated on the invoice. Work begins once payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
06 Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are communicated individually per order after the build call, once scope and access are confirmed. I aim to deliver quickly — automations built on a fixed, narrow scope don't take long — but no specific delivery date is guaranteed unless confirmed in writing for your order.
07 Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge at any point before an invoice is issued. Once an invoice is paid and work has started, cancellation is handled case by case — contact me directly.
08 Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
If you are a consumer (acting outside your trade, business, craft, or profession) within the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a service contract without giving reasons.
Because delivery typically happens quickly after payment, by booking a call and requesting that work start before the 14-day period ends, you expressly request early performance. If the automation is fully delivered before you withdraw, your right of withdrawal ends once performance is complete. If you withdraw after work has started but before full delivery, you must pay an amount proportionate to the work already performed up to that point.
To withdraw, contact me at the email address in section 13 before delivery is complete.
09 Liability
I am liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For ordinary negligence, I am liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. I am not liable for outages, changes, or pricing of third-party platforms (e.g. Make.com, n8n, or the tools your automation connects to) that are outside my control.
10 Confidentiality
Any access, credentials, or business information you share to build your automation are used solely to deliver the agreed service and are not shared with third parties beyond what's needed to build and support it (see the privacy policy for processors involved).
11 Ownership
The automation is built directly inside your own Make.com (or n8n) account. You own it outright once delivered and paid for — there is no retainer, subscription, or lock-in required to keep it running.
12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is Rahden, Germany.
